Computed tomography (CT)
Check the images before modelling.
Start with the catalogue and acquisition metadata. Source attribution, hashed study/series keys and recorded geometry checks explain what the public example supports.
What this CT example is for
Computed tomography (CT) produces a stack of image slices. This public example demonstrates catalogue ingestion, geometry checks, hidden-region reconstruction and error measurement. Read the stored geometry checks below, then explore the workbench. The 154 instances form one example series, not 154 independent patients.
Metadata-only inventory
The catalogue exposes hashed keys, not raw DICOM UIDs or source paths. Metadata inventory does not itself assess pixel-level image quality.
Next: evaluation on authorised data
Our available CT series have no kVp metadata. Acquisition-domain comparisons and related harmonisation assessment are planned for a suitable authorised SPE sample. See the future evaluation path. The current example supports inventory, geometry checks and reconstruction.
